The Weekend: Easter Edition

Well, besides Instagramming like a crazy lady this weekend, I did do a few other things. After a busy week last week, I was thrilled to hit the hay at 9:30 Friday night. Yes, I'm terribly exciting.

I woke up early Saturday morning feeling super refreshed. A good night's sleep was just what the doctor ordered :) I filled the day with barre, brunch, a trip to the market to gather some (incredibly cheap) fruits + veggies, and enjoying the gorgeous weather. It was so nice to see some signs of spring! I also gave the new hazelnut macchiato a try at Starbucks. YUM, my friends. YUM.

We started off Easter Sunday with the early service at church which was wonderful.  Justin and I split ways after church to get our separate workouts in. Post-workouts, we spent the rest of the day eating way too much food and indulging in a few margaritas.  That's why we work out, though, right? It was even nice enough out that we made our way out to the dock to watch the sailboats!

It was a lovely weekend, and while I'm sad to see it go, I'm excited to turn the page in my planner and welcome April! Here's to hoping this month has some nicer weather in store for us than March did! :)

I'm linking up with Leeann + Sami today!

Your instagram photo definitely inspired me to try the hazelnut macchiato (well I haven't yet but definitely plan to!) xo

I'm dying to try the hazelnut macchiato! I'll have to add that to my list this week :) And agree - indulging in food (& margaritas) is definitely one of the reasons I work out like I do!
