Keeping Resolutions

Those resolutions we all made so long ago in January have a tendency to float off into the abyss around this time every year. On January 1 you feel so pumped and determined.  "This is the year!", you tell yourself. And then more often than not, it's actually not the year.

So, instead of letting my resolutions fall by the wayside, I'm giving you an update of my progress... or lack thereof in some areas.


There you have it. My results in a nutshell. I obviously slacked off on that first resolution in January, but I'm trying my hardest to improve!  How are your resolutions coming along?

I have actually stuck with my resolutions this year which is amazing! I have a similar one to your working out one, but just doing it by a weekly basis. I'd say you are keeping up with them pretty good compared to the majority of the population!

I have a goal of working out 10 times a month too... surprisingly, it's been tough! These last few months have been busy, but I'm determined to go 10 times this month! (mostly because I want to get my moneys worth at my gym! haha)
