Three Resolutions for 2013

My New Year's resolution for 2012 was to run a half marathon. I FAILED SO MISERABLY. I mean, I didn't even come close. Remember {this} post where I gave up on running? Yeah, that's where things went downhill.  So this year, I have three resolutions, which I am (at this moment) thinking are more attainable.  Only time will tell whether or not they actually are...

1. Blog at least 2x a week.  A while back, I vowed to blog 3 times a week. I think it's safe to say I fell short on that commitment.  So, hopefully 2 times will be a more realistic goal for me.

2. Work out 10x a month.  If there's ever a year to make the cliche fitness resolution, it's the year you're getting married.  Luckily for me, a new Pure Barre studio opened up just blocks from my apartment.  And even more luckily, I purchased every discounted deal that I could. So, I'm set with unlimited classes through May! (Side note: I'm 5/10 for January already. Pats on the back are welcome.)

3. Send birthday cards to friends and family ON TIME. I never have a problem with sending birthday cards to my family. I do, on the other hand, have a huge problem with sending them on time.  It's really just a matter of planning and getting them in the mail a few days before their birthdays instead of the day of...  I have been a huge slacker in sending birthday cards to my friends.  So, I've already marked everyone's birthday in my planner, and written myself reminders to buy cards the week prior to their birthdays. Hopefully this will help!

So, there you have it.  My three attainable (and measurable!) resolutions.  What are your resolutions for 2013?

I am so glad to see a blog post from you! lol I've missed you! My goals for 2013 are to work out and eat healthier. My body just feels off and I want to get healthy!! :) And YAY for wedding year! ;)

welcome back!! missed ya!! I think your goals are very realistic and I too (mentally) commit myself to blog at least 2x a week, if I go over yay!! YAY!!!!!!!!! for Pure Barre!!!! don't you love it? I am solo sore that I'm not sure if i will go to class today...missed the morning classes already but there's 2 tonight!! I am so obsessed with PB it's not even funny!!
