The Weekend.

Oh, hello! Who's excited that Monday is finally here? No one? Shocking. Me neither. The weekends fly by far too fast. I'm all for starting a petition to make every weekend a three day weekend. If anyone is interested, please do let me know.


So I kicked off the weekend with a boot camp class (ouch), and celebrated my work out accomplishment by eating. Makes sense, right? I made bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers, which I had been dying to try since seeing them on Allie's blog last week. They did not disappoint.

Saturday

Saturday morning I headed to Barnes & Noble to pick up Plate to Pixel after Jackie recommended it via The Everygirl coffee talk last week. I can't wait to start reading it! And when I returned home, the mailman had just delivered Cupcakes and Cashmere. Not too shabby, eh?

Sunday

On Sunday, we ventured out onto the ocean on a friend's boat.  The sun shined off and on, but we couldn't have asked for better weather temperature-wise.

So that's all I have for you. I kind of sucked at taking pictures this weekend. I promise I'll make it up to you next weekend. My parents and my boyfriend's parents are visiting which clearly calls for many many pictures. I won't let you down. Pinky promise.
