A Boston Fall

Fall. My favorite season. I used to get crazy excited about it because the Midwest summer heat was more than I could bear. Some of the Boston summer weather I've experienced is more similar to an Indiana fall than it is an Indiana summer. I am NOT complaining; I'm rejoicing. Regardless, how can I not look forward to it when these are the views I will take in everyday?

Not to mention all of the seasonal activities Fall's arrival brings along with it: apple cider, going to the pumpkin patch, feeling that cool brisk autumn air, drinking a hot Starbucks drink to warm up, wearing boots, layering layering layering (!!) and not sweating, football and tailgating, and my favorite... it's the first sign that Christmas is nearing. I'm a freak about Christmas. Just wait. You'll see.

What do you look forward to most about Fall?

Those pictures are GORG! I'm looking forward to cooler temps and the fact that I can have a lot more clothing options when it's cooler. Summer is my favorite, but it's just been too hot!

those photos are beautiful. It's actually one of my dreams in life to visit Boston during Fall and maybe this year will be the one to make it come true :)
but yes I'm not complaining about the heat wave we're having in Canada, it's all we get and then it's about 10 months of cold cold weather!

Fall in Boston IS pretty amazing and beautiful. September is actually the best weather month for us, I think. :)

Fall? I love the colors, the smells, the sound of crunching leaves underfoot, the cool breezes. Not much that I don't love about fall. Perfect time of the year and I cannot wait for summer to be dead and gone so I can breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy autumn. :-)

Oh my gosh, Fall is my favorite too - although Summer is a close runner-up! I love the smells outside, the crisp change in weather and most of all - taking my boots out from the back of my closet and pairing them with jeans and cute sweaters! Just a couple more months - I can't wait! :)

The pictures are gorgeous! I love fall also. Going to an apple orchard to pick apples is one of my favorites (along with the cider & donuts too). I'm already boot shopping to find the perfect black ones for this year!

Agreed, love fall! Winter is my favorite, but fall is second (only because the leaves give me allergies) Pumpkin picking/apple picking is definitely my favorite!

As much as I LOVE summer, this post made me excited for fall. BUT, we definitely don't have your traditional fall weather in Texas...I want to come visit you and drink hot apple cider and take in those gorg views!! ;)

I am already getting SO excited for the coming season - it is my absolute favorite. Fall in Boston is gorgeous - especially walking around the Beacon Hill area with all of the brick fronts and trees, warm cider in hand.

I have to say, though, venturing out of the city in autumn in New England is a MUST. There aren't quite enough trees in Boston to do the leaves justice! And there are so many adorable farms with PYO apples, pumpkins, you name it - it is utter perfection. I HIGHLY recommend a trip to Salem - the town goes crazy for fall/Halloween and it is amazingly picturesque :)

This post is making me MAJORLY pine for Fall! I've been daydreaming constantly about it. I always get this way about halfway through the summer. Love the style of summer clothes, but I can't stand the heat!!! I can't wait for those crunchy leaves, apple cider, and starting to wear sweaters & boots again!
