We Moved.

Happy Monday, my lovelies! I want to thank you all so much for your well wishes on Friday in regards to the move! I'm happy to report that it went extremely well. We are all moved in and are now officially Bostonians... I guess ;) We have only lived there now for about 48 hours, but I must say I absolutely LOVE it. I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite details of the apartment and its surroundings so far. Once it's completely decorated and the finishing touches are on it, I'll probably give you a full tour. For now though... just a glimpse :)
Left: Our door / Right: Our street :)
Obsessed with the new 'hood

This isn't the greatest picture, but there is very intricate detailing on the ceiling that I loooove.

Is it strange that I love that our pans hang from the ceiling? Because I really do.
Some other favorite details include having less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest cupcake shop (dangerous) and having a view of the sailboats sailing by on the Charles River from both the kitchen table and the couch. This may result in eating too many cupcakes while watching the sailboats from the couch - certainly a recipe for disaster if you know what I mean. At least I have to walk to the cupcake shop, though...right?

I've been to Boston once (and it was only for a day) but I absolutely loved it. You could just tell the place was so full of history. I want to go back someday and take my boys.
