Monday Pick Me Ups

Top of the mornin' to ya! It's time for your weekly dose of pick me ups, and I'm in need of one myself. Early Sunday morning, I sent my little man Chesney back to Indiana to live with Grandma and Grandpa. I will miss him dearly, but if he can't be with me, there's no place I'd rather him be than with my parents. I think it's safe to say they love him just as much as I do. Here are my last couple of photos of him from this weekend. You can see that he's thoroughly enjoying my affection. {please sense the sarcasm}

So, I've had better weekends, but these little gems below have me smiling, so hopefully they'll do the same for you!

The first picture makes my heart smile. It's just so flippin sweet, and I can only hope to be there one day.

I need to start implementing the lesson in the second image in to my own life. Accomplishing something should not result in a feast.

The third picture is Prague. I've never been, but how gorgeous is that? I can only imagine how amazing it is in person...

Have a good Monday!

Morgan! Did you send him to live with your parents because you just felt like you didn't have time to keep him? Don't mean to pry but just wondering. I have a puppy who's 8 (almost 9) months old and there's been days when I wish I could just send her to my parents house but I'd miss her too much... even if she is a pain in my side for the most part ;) Have a wonderful day and keep your chin up!

Hi Landi! The bf and I are moving into a new place in the city in a couple of weeks, and it's not pet friendly, as many many places in Boston are not. We aren't home very often either, so it really will be better for him! I know what you mean about puppies being a pain, though. He CERTAINLY had his (many) moments! Thanks for the sweet comment, and have a great day! :)

You must miss him dearly! He's so adorable! I need to take that second image with me & keep it glued in my brain! Whenever I want to celebrate something, I'm eyeing a cupcake or something else... Oh, food. The things you do to us! Lovely pick-me ups :) xo, Megs
